During our regular conferences and events, we will collect contact details from school staff and educational advisors. By providing our team with your details persons will be confirming they are happy to receive correspondence from our company. 1decision also obtain data via our website and with those whom engage in our marketing activities. We have recently updated our contact forms to ensure that those who provide their details can opt in or out of being contacted by our team. We do not collect data of a personal nature such as home address or personal telephone number, unless you would prefer that we contacted you in this way. The details collected include: Name, job role, and an email address where we can reach you (we prefer that work emails are provided). Those enquiring about our services can also provide work location and further information regarding their enquiry.

To enable us in providing a high-quality service we store data on any products and services that schools may purchase along with notes regarding contact or conversations with those involved in the purchase or delivery of our programmes

As a part of our commitment to supporting schools and practitioners we collect information to allow us to provide information regarding the subject of PSHE to interested parties. This information is distributed via email and direct mail. This may include information regarding the school’s curriculum, government expectations and information about our products and services

Withdrawing from our Database

If you believe we do not have the right to hold your information, please contact us via our website and we will update our database at the nearest opportunity. We will aim to do this within 2 working days.
